Online Orders

All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian dollar currency. Please note that there is no GST on loose leaf tea.

Ordering and Delivery

We currently ship orders within Australia only. Orders can be made via the online store. You can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or via your Paypal account.

Orders are shipped Tuesdays and Fridays each week. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery of your order to Australian capital cities, and longer to regional areas.

A flat rate shipping fee of $7.20 is applied to each order, no matter how large or small. This is the minimal Australia Post parcel amount. We cannot provide replacement of any orders you report missing if according to the Australia Post tracking advice, your order has been delivered to the address you provided.

If for any reason an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You can choose to wait until it is in stock again, swap for something else in the store to the same dollar value, or ask for a refund.

Returns

In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty, damaged or defective in some way please contact us as soon as possible on orders@she-tea.com.au. We will cover the costs of return postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please include proof of postage when returning goods.

Parcels returned by post office

If your order is returned to us by Australia Post, because for example, you provided an incorrect address or didn’t collect your parcel, we’ll have to get you to pay for the return postage to get it back out to you.

Privacy Policy and Credit Card Security

We use Paypal as our secure payment method. No card details are retained by us.

Your privacy is important to us. The customer information you provide when creating an account is confidential and will not be passed on to other companies or third parties.

We do sometimes send email updates to customers about new products, upcoming events and promotions. If you wish to opt out of these email updates, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
